Kurt Shafer has been designing whole house fans since moving to Temecula in 2008. He actually created Invisco 20 years earlier when he invented an invisible screen for his home. He made several retractable screens for his own home and then did a patent search only to discover that the first patent was filed 115 years earlier!
But the name Invisible Screen Company was born and it became INVISCO.
Kurt built his first whole house fan for his own home in 2008 and liked the design so much he put it on Ebay and sold 6 systems in 6 days in October!
